Bringing a guest

This first bit isn’t about guests but it’s something every member should know:

You may attend any of our 3 venues (even though you have identified your preferred venue). For example, you may not be able to see the film on the night your preferred venue is screening it, so you may go to another venue to see the film on another night. You may also go to more than one venue to see the film two or three times. Remember to have your name ticked on the attendance list each time you go to a screening.

If you’re unable to attend on a particular night, you may offer your seat to a non-member. They attend in your place and their name is recorded next to your name on the attendance list.

Now we get onto guests…

If you have people visiting from out of town on film night, and you don’t want to miss the film, you may bring them along with you as a guest(s).

If you have a friend who is thinking of joining, you may bring them along as a guest. This is a one-time only thing – if they wish to come to more screenings, they have to become a member.

In all cases, there is no cost for guests to see the film and your guest’s name(s) should be recorded on the attendance list next to your name.
